Shepherding A Child's Heart
Conference Speaker: Pastor Tedd Tripp, author of Shepherding A Child's Heart
Everyone wants to be a great parent - the biggest responsibility of parenthood is teaching your children to love Jesus with all their heart, soul and strength.
"Parents typically end to focus on the externals of behavior rather than the internal overflow of the heart. We tend to worry more about the 'what' of behavior rather than the 'why' of behavior. Accordingly, most of us spend an enormous amount of energy in controlling and constraining behavior. To the degree and extent to which our focus is on behavior, we miss the heart."
Cord of Three Counseling Services will be hosting "Shepherding a Child's Heart" with speaker, Pastor Ted Tripp the author of the books "Shepherding a Child's Heart" and "Instructing a Child's Heart". The conference will seek to teach you about how to speak to and engage with the hearts of your children.
Please join us at Central Baptist Church in Waycross, GA Friday, February 19th, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:15 pm and Saturday, February 20th, 2010 from 8 am to 12:30 pm for the "Shepherding a Child's Heart Conference".

Cord of Three is a professional mental health counseling agency offering comprehensive Christian clinical services.
